Resource Development Academy

Designed for executive directors, fundraising professionals, board members, and staff with fundraising responsibilities, the Academy combines expert instruction with peer learning in a supportive cohort of just 20 participants. Throughout the program, participants will develop a customized resource development plan tailored to their own organization, ensuring they leave with practical strategies, valuable connections, and the confidence to increase philanthropic support and create lasting impact in their communities.

Our Approach to Fundraising and Resource Development

The Resource Development Academy is a comprehensive, cohort-based professional development program designed to help non-profit organizations strengthen their fundraising and resource development capacity. Through twelve interactive monthly sessions, participants will gain practical knowledge, proven strategies, and hands-on tools to build sustainable fundraising programs. Led by experienced practitioners and guest experts, the Academy explores key topics including fundraising planning, donor engagement, communications and storytelling, grant seeking, stewardship, governance, annual giving, emerging trends, and measuring success.
